What would you say to inspire someone to begin a career in public service?

Public service is like planting seeds for a better future. It’s not just a career; it’s a calling to serve something greater than yourself. Rather than focusing on extended work hours for financial gains, I find motivation in completing projects that positively influence the quality of life for my city, colleagues, and future generations.
